As a part of The Management Centre, Future Insights has undertaken projects for a variety of key clients in the recent past from The London Olympics to Capability Scotland to the UK Film Council and Amnesty International.

Fundraising Research
We’ve helped a range of public and voluntary bodies identify new sources of funds:

• LB Camden and Canterbury City commissioned FI to identify potential high payoff commercial sponsors. Our sophisticated audit process involved identifying sponsor able assets- researching local and regional companies was undertaken and valuing those assets. The reports included a select list of potential sponsors as well as a strategy for marketing the local authority's assets.

Stakeholder Research
FI developed new and powerful ways to engage and communicate with stakeholders:

• We helped Capability Scotland create a detailed internet based survey of 25 different stakeholder clusters as part of developing their new inclusive vision.
• Soroptomists International is the world’s largest women only organisation. We designed an online survey as part of a strategic consultation to address and engage a base of almost 100,000 members in 5 different languages in 20 countries. The response of gave the leadership team a cle ar steer on member views about direction.
• Action Aid engaged FI to conduct a survey of employees across 22 countries to establish their views and concerns on proposed re-structure. The survey involved confidential on line surveys and telephone interviews. The results informed the successful re-structure and reduced staff concerns.

Senior Management Team Evaluation
FI has undertaken senior management team evaluation using the =mc Top Team Audit Tool as part of a management development programme in association with =mc for a number of clients:

• Action Aid
• Bury Council
• REM
